Return Policy
The product can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by submitting a payment receipt and the product must be unused, undamaged and packaged in its original packaging. The packaged products are returned by fast mail, at your own expense to the following address:

In case of return of funds, and regardless of the reason for return, OHRIDSKI BISER Kliment Talev i sin doo has the obligation to return the funds to be made exclusively through a bank. At the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account.
After the courier service has delivered the shipment to you, please check the product and if it has visible damage (torn parts) or the product does not comply with your order, please send us an email with your details (name, surname and phone number), at the email address ohrbiser@t.mk, and state the reasons why you want to replace/return the package.
Please contact us no later than 24 hours after receipt of the shipment. We will inform you about the further procedure as soon as possible.
You can replace the product in agreement with our responsible sales person. You can send us the changing product by e-mail at your own expense. After receiving the product, we check if the product is damaged, and then we send you an appropriate replacement.
If the purchased product has defects in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, please contact us at 00 389 46 260 540 or send an email with your data (name, surname and phone number) to the address ohrbiser@t.mk for further instructions for processing your request.
